We look beyond qualifications and modality labels. We are interested in the depth of your practice, the judgement you bring to different settings and the perspective that makes the work recognisably your own.

WHAT BEING WITH FOUND MEANS
Presented, not listed
We shape and present your profile with you, creating a considered editorial representation of your work rather than a listing you assemble alone.

When a hotel, retreat, festival, brand or private group comes to FOUND, we recommend the people whose practice genuinely fits the room, audience and intention.
A deliberately small roster
FOUND remains selective so that every person represented receives meaningful attention and every recommendation carries weight.
FOUND SIGNATURES
For a few, the relationship goes further.
A FOUND Signature is a named experience developed with one facilitator and led by them. It may be placed within hotels, retreats, festivals and other carefully selected settings.
The Signature is credited to the facilitator and is never recast with someone else. Signatures are developed by invitation when FOUND sees a clear opportunity to build something distinctive around a facilitator's work.
You do not apply for a Signature. Representation by FOUND is where the relationship begins.

PROFESSIONAL WORK
The work is valued properly.
Every engagement arranged through FOUND is paid at a professional rate agreed before it is confirmed. FOUND does not ask facilitators to work for exposure or through contra arrangements.
There is no fee to apply or to be represented. For standard engagements, FOUND retains 15% of the agreed facilitator fee. Commercial arrangements for FOUND Signatures are agreed separately for each experience.
