WHO WE LOOK FOR
The person behind the practice matters.
FOUND is interested in specialists whose work has depth, clarity and a distinct point of view.
Expertise matters. So does judgement, presence, adaptability and how the work translates into a guest environment.
Time in the room
A meaningful body of real practice, not just certification. As a general guide, FOUND looks for specialists with at least three years of active professional experience.
A distinct practice
A clear area of expertise, developed through training, experience, lineage, research or sustained professional practice.
Presence & judgement
The ability to read people, adapt appropriately and hold the quality of an experience without relying on performance or spectacle.
Hospitality ready
Professional, dependable and able to work comfortably with guests, hotel teams and the standards expected within premium hospitality.

Verification is proportionate to the practice. Different disciplines require different evidence.

THE RESIDENCY
For a few, the relationship goes further.
A FOUND Residency places the right specialist within a property for the rhythm that makes sense.
That might be one day, several days, a week, a season, a recurring monthly presence, or an ongoing place in the hotel calendar. The cadence follows the opportunity.
A residency may include private specialist work, shared sessions, talks, workshops or property-specific experiences depending on the specialist and the brief.
YOUR WORK
Your practice remains yours.
FOUND does not own your underlying practice, methods, training or existing work.
The relationship is non-exclusive unless something different is specifically agreed for a particular residency. You remain free to continue your independent work and existing professional relationships.
Where FOUND creates a specific residency concept, name, format or commercial structure with you, the relevant rights and terms are agreed clearly before launch.
THE MONEY
Your professional fee is agreed with you.
There is no fee to apply to FOUND. There is no fee to join. There is no subscription.
FOUND does not deduct a percentage from the professional fee agreed with you for a residency.
When we put you forward for an opportunity, your fee, dates, cadence, travel, accommodation and delivery requirements are agreed before you accept.
FOUND manages its commercial relationship with the property separately.

REPEAT WORK
A residency can become a relationship.
If a property wants to repeat, extend or increase a residency introduced through FOUND, FOUND continues to manage the relationship with the property.
Your professional fee and the new dates or format are agreed with you before you accept.

We may not be the right fit if you are very early in practice, unable to provide appropriate professional evidence, looking primarily for high-volume marketplace bookings, or unwilling to work within the operational standards expected by premium hospitality.
