What we look for
The work comes first.
We select for what happens in the room, not how it photographs. Presentation follows substance, never the other way around.
Presence over popularity.
A following can strengthen a facilitator, but it never replaces exceptional work. Reach earns nothing on its own. The work qualifies first.
Time in the room.
We look for meaningful experience actively facilitating, not simply time passed since completing a course. Rooms led matter more than years on paper.
Range.
Exceptional facilitators know how to work across different room sizes, settings and energies. From an intimate private session to a hotel, retreat, festival field or boardroom, the skill lies in reading the room and adapting without losing the integrity of the work.
They understand why it works.
The best facilitators do more than deliver a method. They understand the nervous system, physiology, psychology or tradition behind their practice and can communicate it with clarity rather than jargon.
They are verifiable.
Real training. Real experience. Credentials that withstand scrutiny. Personal selection only means something when it can be checked, so we check. Where relevant, FOUND reviews qualifications, professional experience, references, insurance and supporting credentials.
